Happy New Year!

We hope that everyone has had a great new year so far! Christopher, Matt and I were all asked to be part of Anthony and Sara's wedding. Christopher is going to be the ring bearer. He is also going to be the ring bearer for our cousin Joe's wedding in May up in New York. We have a lot of work to do. Whenever we talk about it, he mentions throwing the pillow up in the air like balloons.... Plus, he will be 3 by then. I have heard some bad things about the age of 3.

We are heading to Disney this Friday. Now that Whoa the Elf is gone... we have Mickey that we hold over his head. Thankfully we don't have to do it too often, but it does come in handy. He is so excited about going.... Here he is telling Nana who he wants to see. This is our first family vacation all by ourselves. As nice as it would be to have extra help with if Christopher got tired and wanted to go back, we are excited for it to be just us. I thought for sure Matt would have hired Nana to go along, but he said he thought it would be fun for just three of us to go. And this time we plan on doing it all... parades and late night fireworks. Last time there were 24 people and Christopher was still a big napper.

Enjoy the pictures... There aren't that many!

We got to have Rocco at our house for almost a week! Christopher was so excited, especially when Roc would get into his bed at night for storytime. Rocco is the best snuggler.

Christopher loves to put things into his pockets. He is very into little figurines right now- He takes his Lego men, his Disney characters, and his hockey players EVERYWHERE. Matt and Anthony brought him back 2 Lego men that are Pittsburgh Penguins hockey players. They are so cute, complete with ice skates and hockey sticks.

If you look closely you can see Goofy and a hockey player are going for a ride on the train.

Oops. Not Christopher... but I am certain Rocco went home and told all his friends about how he slept on the couch!

All of a sudden it got really quiet... who doesn't love Kramer?

I told Christopher to hide from Daddy. He took Stroonz's carry bag under the table with him. He likes to put Fire Mickey and Buzz in their to take them to the "hospital." (We had to take Stroonz to the vet this week so now he thinks all of his toys are sick.) He carried that bag down the stairs with Buzz in it, came over to me and said "It's been a long day." I wonder who says that??? Hehe. If he ever says "I'm beat" - that's all me.

I wasn't sure if his Mickey sweatshirt would still fit. I think it might be a little small, but it will totally work for our trip! He was so excited when I pulled it out of his closet for him to wear. This picture does not reflect that excitement.

Pajama Day at daycare! I laid out 4 choices for jammies- Yankees jammies, rocket jammies, penguin jammies... He went with Mickey of course. I should have known.

And Mickey slippers to complete the outfit.

Sara got Nana this awesomely cuddly and soft blanket for Christmas... the boys loved it!

And that's it! I will certainly post about Disney next weekend!! We are so excited!
Be kind.
